Product Should be replacment within 7 days if you get any Damaged , wrong or defective Product. Kindly Contact our Customers Care Number 022-6971-0052. Parcel opening video is mandatory to claim replacement. If video is not made while opening the parcel we will not be able to send the replacement.

#2. Open the parcel carefully like using scissor and cutterÂ

#3 plz shoot full video without ship and cut.

#4. Skipped video not acceptable

#5. If the parcel damaged or broken then show in that 1 clip you shoot

Note:- if you don’t follow any of these rules then your claim will not be considered.
