6. No Cancellation & No Refund Policy

• All orders are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable
• Each order involves non-recoverable costs including:
• Advertising & marketing expenses
• Payment gateway charges
• Design, customization, and production costs

Therefore, no refund will be provided except where legally required.

7. Replacement Policy (3 Days)

• We provide replacement only (no refund) under the following conditions:
• Product is damaged
• Product is defective
• Wrong item is delivered

Conditions:

• Claim must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Replacement will be processed after verification

8. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

• A complete parcel opening video is required to claim replacement.
• Video Guidelines:
• Show 360° view of sealed parcel before opening
• Clearly show shipping label
• Record a continuous video (no cuts or edits)
• Open parcel carefully using scissors/cutter
• Show the issue clearly in the same video
• Claims may be rejected if proper proof is not provided.

9. Delivery & Address Responsibility

• Customer must provide accurate address and be available at delivery
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or non-acceptance:
• Re-shipping charges will be applicable

10. Lost / Damaged Shipment

• If shipment is lost in transit or not delivered due to courier issues:
• Replacement or refund will be provided (case-based decision)
• Processed within 3 working days after confirmation

11. Customer Errors

• No refund or replacement will be provided for:
• Wrong spelling/details
• Incorrect photo uploaded
• Wrong address

12. Order Processing Rule
